The truck has received an extensive no-expense-spared restoration, combining classic C10 styling with serious V8 performance and a thoroughly upgraded chassis. Power comes from a healthy 383ci stroker V8 featuring a NASCAR-spec Edelbrock intake, 202 heads with roller rockers, a 650 cfm Demon carburetor, billet K&N air cleaner, billet distributor, Lokar cables, and shorty headers with heat wrap. The engine is backed by a fresh TH350 automatic transmission equipped with a shift kit, B&M ratchet shifter, and 2,500-rpm stall converter. Exhaust is handled by a 3-inch system with Flowmaster 40 Series duals. Out back, a built 10-bolt rear end features new axles and 3.55 gears. The exterior is finished in Synergy Green Metallic and presents exceptionally well. The truck features a Goodmark 2-inch cowl hood, shaved cab drip rails, marker lights, bed stakes, gas cap, and antenna, along with a smoothed firewall and frenched roll pan. The custom side-exit exhaust dumps through the side of the bed, while the rear has been mini-tubbed to accommodate wheels up to 14 inches wide. The frame has been notched and reinforced, complementing the air ride suspension. Additional exterior details include clear taillights, H4 halogen headlights, an NOS grille and front bumper, new tempered PPG glass, fresh weather stripping and window tint, new exterior moldings, side mirrors, door handles, and locks. The bed has been finished with a durable Rhino spray-in bedliner. Combining aggressive custom styling, a powerful 383 stroker, upgraded transmission, built rear end, reinforced frame, mini-tubbed rear, and air ride suspension, this 1969 C10 Short Box is much more than a cosmetic restoration.
