About This Vehicle
Presented by Hill Side Motors, this striking 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a potent 427ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt Positraction rear end.
Produced at GM’s Norwood, Ohio facility, the Camaro is finished in classic red over a black vinyl interior and features a combination of iconic styling and performance-focused upgrades.
The exterior is highlighted by a cowl induction hood, front lip spoiler, rear deck spoiler, chrome-finished bumpers, and rocker panel moldings. Color-matched 15-inch steel wheels are fitted with chrome hub covers and reproduction F70-15 Firestone Wide Oval tires with raised white lettering.
Braking is handled by power-assisted front disc brakes and finned rear drums, while the car is equipped with American Autowire replacement wiring and Flowmaster mufflers.
Inside, the standard black 711 interior features vinyl bucket seats, a rear bench, matching carpeting, door panels, and dashboard. The cabin is equipped with a Hurst shifter, manually operated windows, and safety belts for both front and rear passengers.
Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, tachometer, and supplementary Stewart-Warner gauges mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 296 miles, reportedly reflecting the distance traveled since the refurbishment.
The 427ci V8 was installed under previous ownership and features a period-style air cleaner housing and an aftermarket cooling fan. A dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers completes the performance setup.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through the four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end equipped with a Positraction limited-slip differential and 3.73:1 gearing.
With its legendary 427ci V8, four-speed manual transmission, Positraction rear end, aggressive cowl induction styling, and unmistakable late-1960s Camaro design, this example captures the raw character and performance of the classic American muscle car era.
